Ravenna Pizza started with a love for Italy — not just the food, but the feeling around it.
Walking through Rome, we fell in love with the energy of its street food. The kind of pizza you grab on the go, light and crispy, full of flavor, eaten in the middle of a busy piazza. Simple, real, and unforgettable.
But it was in the town of Ravenna where everything came together. That’s where we slowed things down, focused on the craft, and truly dialed in what Roman-style pizza could be. That’s the reason behind the name — it represents where the idea became something real.
We brought that experience back with us to Arlington.
At Ravenna, our dough is made by hand and slow-fermented for days to get that signature light, airy texture. We use a mix of carefully selected Italian imports and fresh local ingredients, keeping everything clean, balanced, and full of flavor.
Beyond pizza, we make our gelato in-house, bake Italian pastries, and offer a thoughtful selection of wines and beers that pair naturally with what we serve.

Ravenna Pizza is a true gem nestled in the heart of Arlington, and it's quickly become my go-to spot for an authentic and utterly delicious pizza experience.
We came tonight for some authentic Roman style pizza. The pizza was fantastic! The texture and flavor of the crust was outstanding. Service by James was extremely pleasant and helpful. The Italian Barolo wine pared nicely with the pizza. We topped off the nice with some gelato. Highly recommend this place!
This place was fire. After a long day out with the kids my wife and I didn't know what to get for dinner. We decided to try Ravenna and it didn't disappoint.April spritz was hitting! Chocolate gelato for my kiddo, mortadella sandwhich, and a few slices of there pizza. Everything taste top quality. My picky daughter took a bite of the mortadella sandwhich and stole the remainder from me! It's hard to find something she genuinely enjoys.Will be back 100%
